"I have had the pleasure of working with Mike for the past 4 years. When I first met Mike you could tell he had great passion and drive. After talking to him for a short period he then seemed like one of your good friends. After 4 years Mike treats me like his younger brother and shows me the in’s and out’s of life. Throughout our years in business I can say we share one goal when training younger athletes. That goal is to watch them grow and better themselves as athletes and as people. We both love to see, hear and be apart of athletes making a difference and taking positive strides to their goals. Being able to watch Mike in my first year break down the game and its difficulties and teach it in such a simple, but realistic way was remarkable. It almost seems that his brain and mind can work in slow motion and can pick up on the slightest things that will give you an edge or advantage in the game. When I'm training athletes, I now try to resemble everything he has taught me. Another thing that would amaze anyone that walks through the door is how well all the athletes respect and respond to Mike. He has a way of gaining everyone’s respect no matter the age level or talent level. Throughout the years, I have seen my personal game climb as well. Just listening to Mike teaching other athletes, I was able to take tricks of the trade that he learned and is teaching and relay them into my own game at SCSU where we have made 3 straight mens NCAA hockey tournaments. The workouts that he puts together help all ages’ progress and if you put in the time you see results. Mike Lippert is a terrific employer, trainer, and friend to me and to many, because that’s just who he is and what he’s built!

“I didn’t meet Mike until I was a senior in high school, as an athlete for A110. I regret that I didn’t get to work with him growing up because of my superior experience in the summer program! I was a student of the game, and worked my tail off to get better. Mike saw those qualities in me and invited me to coach alongside him at A110 Athletics. I know personally that Mike gives 110 percent to all of his athletes. As an assistant coach, I was pushed just as hard as an athlete. Mike instills his professionalism, energy, and passion in all of his assistant coaches so that all his athletes are getting top level training. I consider Mike a true role model as well as a close friend. He has brought out the best in me as a player, coach, and as a person. Mikes expert knowledge of the game and respect in the hockey community has made A110 Athletics the elite training program it is today.”
